Support Request: Java error in application


When the Application auto starts, there is no issues. When a call is placed in the application, this error below shows and you have to OK it before the application continues. I have looked at the Folders listed in the error and the permissions allow access (I Think). Where do I need to look to find out the cause and solution for this error?

Thank you for your inquiry. In which user are you running Auto Start mode? Does this happen in Start Once mode too (do not test in Start Once if using RDP)? Depending on the user account the application is running, you could grant access through the Windows permissions settings or System Security Manager >>Customized>>Folder Access for the Restricted User.

In addition, some applications require admin rights to run, you may have to run it in Auto Start under the admin account. Please test and let me know.
