Hello,

Usually, the quick start dialog is displayed when you start SiteKiosk under an admin account.
If this is not the case, you have probably activated the option "Do not show quick start dialog on startup" in an older SiteKiosk version (actually that option is not available anymore).
.
You can restore the quick start dialog by setting the registry value "ShowQuickStart" (if present) under
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\WOW6432Node\PROVISIO\SiteKiosk"
For 32 Bit Windows under "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\PROVISIO\SiteKiosk"
back to 1 (regedit.exe) or by deleting it.

Otherwise also check that the values for "ShowCustomized" and "ShowStartSettings" are set to 0.

Hello,

You can restore the quick start dialog by setting the registry value "ShowQuickStart" (if present) under

The key was not present under the path specified

Otherwise also check that the values for "ShowCustomized" and "ShowStartSettings" are set to 0.
We have set the ShowCustomized to 0 while the ShowStartSettings was already set to 0
We reboot the system but the problem persist.
Ho can we do?

Hello,

There is not and has not been any other known problem in this context, except for the points I have described.

Consider the registry path if you are using a 32- or 64-bit Windows.
Also make sure the Windows user you use to start SiteKiosk has full local admin rights.

Otherwise you might completely uninstall and reinstall SiteKiosk (uninstall with Control Panel>Programs and Features>SiteKiosk>Change>Remove and select to delete all data).
If necessary, make a backup of your SiteKiosk configuration file “...\SiteKiosk\Config\YourConfig.skcfg" before.
