Support Request: Problem with custom key combination

Hello,
we have a problem with all machine migrated to last version of sitekiosk.
We run them on autostart mode using a domain account.
When we want to stop sitekiosk we do the custom key combination and stop the services to come back into windows machine but all machine after this combination remain in black screen and we need to restart them in order to come back into windows desktop.

Hello,

Stopping services is not necessary to exit SiteKiosk,

Make sure you have set a password in the SiteKiosk configuration and enter it after pressing the key combination to exit SiteKiosk.

Then select "Log Off User" (this is what I would recommend here) or "Close SiteKiosk".

This mechanism has been implemented unchanged for years and no problem is known.

Otherwise, the problem on your machine(s) may be caused by certain domain settings/policies?
If still having trouble with starting the desktop on your system you can also press CTRL+ALT+DEL after exiting SiteKiosk and then start the Task Manager and run the explorer.exe (>File>Run new task) instead of restarting the system.

Yes we do this, i have explained bad the situation.
After we click on close sitekiosk a black screen remain.
We will try to run the explorer.exe as you suggested.
