Support Request: Getting time out message after sitekiosk has been running for some time

Description

After sitekiosk has been running for some time (at least a day) we will get the following error message "Sitekiosk was unable to start properly for 10 times in 1200 seconds or the site remote client did not start in time." Why are we getting this after the software has already been running successfully? I've included all the logs for this one as it was just rebuilt.

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. This might happen if there is a command to shutdown the computer (maybe from an Update) and the shutdown never happens (or takes too long) for other reasons. SiteKiosk has a watchdog that launches the software if it was closed by any other means except by you (Service Personnel Admin Login). Then, you will get this error because it tried 10 times to relaunch the software.

You can look for this notification by Windows that it plans to restart the computer (WM_QUERYENDSESSION and WM_ENDSESSION):
