Support Request: Content does not download status code 404

Hi,

We are having problem with SiteCatser content download:

[SiteCaster CMS] updating to new version 64914585f5cb536c1dce3ea2
[SiteCaster CMS] content could not be updated: Error: Request failed with status code 404

We are runnig 2 computers with clean win 10 instalation. Each computer is on different site.
We started with sitekiosk 9.7.4937, not working. Uninstall, deleted folder in program files, restart and tried version 9.8.5515 not working again uninstall etc and tried version 9.9.6191 still the same result on both machines. www.sitekiosk.net:443 reachable in Edge browser on both machines.

Still we are not able to get content to machines. Log file in attachment.

Hello,
www.sitekiosk.net is not a valid URL for SiteRemote/SiteCaster. The URL must be www.siteremote.net.

Also please provide the name of your team, because there is currently no machine named ACZ19V registered with www.siteremote.net. If you do not want to post this in the forum, send an email to support-europe[at]provisio.com and reference this post.
