Support Request: Sitekiosk does not load, cannot exit to desktop


After installing and setting up customized launch, the sitekiosk app consistently gets to the emergency screen. I cannot exit it to get back into the configurator. The issue seems to be that it is unlicensed but i am sure i entered our license. Can you help?

Thank you for your inquiry. For a newly installed SiteKiosk Classic to display Emergency Mode, you may need to check for enterprise-level security applications installed on the device. Standard security applications like Windows Defender will not cause this. Try on an off-domain device or default Windows experience for comparison.

To exit the Emergency Mode with a licensed software, you need to use Master Password or first eleven characters of license key including hyphen (dash). Unlicensed software can be unlocked by any password. Otherwise, you can find more common steps for emergency mode here:
