Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. This can happen if there is anything stopping SiteKiosk Online from running successfully. Those are: no service or not enough licenses, no internet for more than 10 days, misconfigured project (just apply a new one to check) and last, domain related restrictions preventing important services from running.

You can send your log files for review from Monitoring>>Device>>Logfiles>>Export to support-america(at)sitekiosk.com.
