Support Request: sitekiosk.com website not accepting credit cards

Reproduction

Try to buy the $260.00 SiteKiosk w/ payment bundle.

Description

1. I have tried 3 different valid credit cards and I cannot purchase your product. I always get the same error: "Your credit card is invalid. Please check your credit card data"

2. Please, add checks to your forms that tells the user which part of the form is incorrect.

3. Also, I have submitted several support requests asking for sales information under my other account: gemtech. When I log in today to check the status there are no support requests in my account. Also, I have received no emails.

4. My question was, how long, if at all, will I be entitled to free sitekiosk upgrades if I purchase now?

5. Another question was, What steps are needed to install my SiteKiosk license on a different computer?

Hello,

thank you for reporting us this issue. Point 1-3 should be fixed now.

To your other questions:
4:
A license key is valid for all versions within the major version of SiteKiosk. Thus, a license key obtained for version 6 will be valid for version 6.0 through 6.9.

5:
Just de-install SiteKiosk completely on the old machine and make your new installation on the other.
