Support Request: Cannot create support articles

Reproduction

Try to create a support article on website.

Description

When I create a support article, it does not show up under "My Support Articles." No response received for any support articles created.

I created a couple support articles which then vanished around the time you guys updated your website. Maybe the update had something to do with it. But, I can create them now, so nevermind.

Look under Support -> Forum -> Archive. Entries from the old website should be stored there.
