Reproduction
I noticed that when the MS Agent is activated and begins to speak, the word balloon that normally shows what the agent is saying is empty (the sound is working fine).
I am currently using a computer with the Windows Vista Ultimate operating system, with SiteKiosk 6.6 Build 204 loaded. I tested the MS Agent function on a computer with Windows XP Profession with SP2, and it is working fine.
