Hello,

As there is no feedback about a problem like this and even it is not reproducible I suppose there is a general problem with the MSI installer on your system.

If you want to uninstall SiteKiosk manually, you have to proceed as follows:

1. Delete the SiteKiosk services by entering the these commands at the command line (cmd.exe)

sc delete skpcdsvc
sc delete SKTSvc

2. Delete SiteKiosk from the Software list manually by using the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility (msicuu2) from Microsoft http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301

3. Delete the SiteKiosk user account (-->Control Panel-->User Accounts) and check if the folder C:\Documents and Settings\SiteKiosk was deleted.

4. Delete the SiteKiosk Program folder (c:\Program Files\SiteKiosk)

5. Delete the following entry in the Windows registry -->HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\PROVISIO

Finally i could unisntall the program with the new insrtuction.
But some things did not work.

First, the program file c: documents.... is name c:users in Vista

3. Delete the SiteKiosk user account (-->Control Panel-->User Accounts) and check if the folder C:\Documents and Settings\SiteKiosk was deleted.

Second, the files where not deleted in folder site kiosk.

third, when trying to remove manually i got permission denied for some of the files, and had to restart computer to be able to delet existing files (some *.dll)
