Please can you help? We have purchased a 12 user license and input the name and code correctly but EVERY day there are at least 3 of the PC's that say they are unregistered! I can input the coeerct details but this keeps happening, what can I do?

what is the invoice number for those licenses?

The License(s) were purchased through a UK company called Hemisphere West on the 14th of June 2007 and the Invoice number is 51674 (this is for 10 of the licenses, the other two were purchased through the same company but I do not have the Invoice to hand)

your licenses have been deactivated on request by Hemisphere West who have bought them from us. Please contact Hemisphere West to discuss this issue with them.
