Support Request: Can't print until logged out of Sitekiosk
Reproduction
When printing from applications such as Word, in Sitekiosk, it will appear that the print job has been sent, but nothing will print from the printer.
To troubleshoot, I logged out of Sitekiosk to Windows shell, and the printer starts printing as soon as I'm back on Windows shell.
I tried this several times, and it does the same thing. Any print jobs I started on Sitekiosk does not print until I log out of Sitekiosk to Windows shell.
