Reproduction

Reproduction requires the use of MEI USB harness 250065173P1 S2K USB INTERFACE HARNESS & USB CABLE. I can provide this harness to you at no cost.

Description

The problem I am having is with the payment devices. I can successfully configure the tool to connect with the MEI bill acceptor via USB. However, if I close site kiosk and reopen the program fails to detect the device. Moreover, the search tool fails to see the device.

Hello,

This isn’t a bug.

SiteKiosk does support the MEI AE2600/2800 Series (SiteKiosk help -->Plus- / Payment Bundle-->Payment Devices-->Supported devices-->Bill Acceptors (several)).

You might check if your device does support the ccTalk protocol and then use the ccTalk SiteCash PlugIn of SiteKiosk.

If you want us to add this payment device to SiteKiosk we can do it against charge.

The adjustment fees are depending on the complexity of the changes and in general it costs 120 Euro per hour.
