Support Request: Touch Screen with Card reader

Reproduction

We have a customer, where we have installed the latest version of sitekiosk.We have made a Fitness center application which uses magnetic card readers on a touch screen, which we have protected with sitekiosk.

After having upgraded to the latest version we can not use the magnetic card reader to load data.

Can you please help?

Hello,

How will your Fitness Centre application be started?
Did you configure the magnetic card reader as payment device within SiteKiosk or does it work independently within your Fitness Centre application?

If you use the card reader as payment device for the credit card payment:
Which credit card payment gateway do you use and what is the name of your magnetic card reader (type and manufacturer)?
