Hi,

We have the following problem!

When guests wants to print boardingpasses from our sitekiosk PC the window closes again.. We think it's because the website is coded so that it automaticaly prints the window upon loading.

Are there any way to work around it?

Hello,

usually it is no problem when a web page initiates an automatic print out.

- Can you please provide the information on which URL this does happen and what I have to do to reproduce this issue?
- Which exact SiteKiosk version do you use?
- What information is given in the log file (…\SiteKiosk\Logfiles) when this happens?
- What happens if you use the Internet Explore ron this system instead of SiteKiosk?
