Support Request: SiteKiosk crash when accessing a picture at Orkut with more than one comment

Reproduction

Hi,

When I navigate on www.orkut.com and try to open a picture with more than one comment on it, the SiteKiosk crashes and restarts.

One example is http://www.orkut.com.br/Main#AlbumZoom.aspx?uid=3077479528834741613&pid=1248387145450&aid=1237237367 . One thing that I note is that when trying to acess directly it doesn't work, but when I browse it starting from a different picture with less than 2 comments it open. i.e. starting from http://www.orkut.com.br/Main#AlbumZoom.aspx?uid=3077479528834741613&pid=1245907280882&aid=1237237367 and navigate with the " > " buttom at the top.

It works on IE.

Unfortunately I can’t reproduce this issue. Can you please provide a step by step guide?

In your log I can only see some script errors:
[SiteKiosk] Skin script error occured! URL: http://fsweb.fonet/oem/publicidade.php; ErrMsg: "'SiteKiosk' is undefined"; Line: 304; Char: 3; Code: 0;

Do you use SiteKiosk Object Model Script on this page?
In case you do you have to provide script permission fir this URL (-->Security-->Access-->URLs with script permission).

The error occurs on Orkut only. And I attached the wrong log, sorry.

Step-by-step:

Hello,

unfortunately I am still not able to reproduce this behaviour.
I have checked it with using SiteKiosk 7.1.267 and your SiteKiosk configuration (but I also have tested it with SiteKiosk 6.6.213).

You might send more details via e-mail. E.g. a user account which I can use for logging in and which Links U have to follow.
Generally there is no problem to display pictures with comments.


- Which SiteKiosk version did you use?
(Above you state version 6.6.213 but your configuration file is from version 7.1.266)
- Which Internet Explorer version is installed on your XP System?
- Did you perform all Windows XP updates?

As you give the information that it happens when using the SiteKiosk Restricted User account:
- Does it work when you start SiteKiosk in “Run once” mode?

sitekiosk waits too long to open the URL and crashes.

6.6.213, but as I told you before I sent the configuration from version 7.1.266 because I was testing if was a version only problems, but didn't work too, if you want my configuration from version 6.6.213 or any other file I can send it to your e-mail.

It didn't work in "run once" mode. Only works with IE.
