Support Request: Print button not visible

Description

Hello,

I'm trying the browser template.
I enabled a print button.
I see it on back-office and on preview but not on the client.

I don't want to start a new browser from scratch.

Can you help me ?

Hello,

Preview lets you check the appearance in terms of resolution and functionality of your project before publishing it to a client. This is especially useful for checking elements such as the video or news element for proper functionality. https://sitekiosk.online/help/en/Preview.html

However, some functions (like printing or viewing web pages) are not available in the preview, but only on the client.

If you have registered a client (you can download the client software under >Dashboard>Downloads), you have to publish the project to it ("Publish" button in the project editor).

I published my project (browser template) on my register client and the print button dos not appear.

An idea ?

Hello,

Sorry for the misunderstanding. The print button can be activated at the settings for the Webpage (where you also configure the URL).

As I mentionned in my first message, I actived a print button with the back-office but it not visible in the navbar on the client.

it seems that you didn‘t enable the option "Allow Printing” at >Settings>Printing.
