Support Request: On-screen keyboard with Chromium

Description

A few years ago, we made a special on-screen keyboard for our client. He uses it all the time, currently he had to change the engine from IE to Chromium and noticed that some keys did not work. These are the keys from type="8" to type="12". Do you know any quick method to run these functions, especially key type="12" (home page) with on-screen keyboard with Chromium engine.

Hello,

I'm sorry, but these special onscreen keyboard functions (for example, navigation to the start page) used classic SiteKiosk Object Model functions for the SiteKiosk IE engine, which are not available in the Chrome browser skin.
This is unlikely to change, as SiteKiosk Classic is a legacy product.

Alternatively, you can use a reduced version of the browser toolbar, where you e.g. only display the forward, back and home buttons (configurable under >Start Page & Browser>Customize>Browser Toolbar).

Or you can take a look at SiteKiosk Online, where there are many ways to display content and place buttons for navigation https://www.sitekiosk.com/eu/sitekiosk/

SiteKiosk Online is designed from scratch and, except for the start mode of the client software, everything is configured on the SiteKiosk Online server (in the projects you can publish on the client computers). With SiteKiosk Online you can create interactive content as well as display scheduled and event-driven content. The licensing of the client is also handled by the server and you no longer need to store any licensing information on the client.

We also offer upgrade licenses from SiteKiosk Classic to SiteKiosk Online (SiteKiosk Online Cloud - Upgrade):

You can test everything before you purchase any license.
Simply create a so-called team at https://sitekiosk.online

After creating and logging in to your team, you can create a new project under >Projects (e.g. with Browser Template), which can then be published to the SiteKiosk Online Client(s), that you have registered to the team.

The client software can be downloaded under >Dashboard>Downloads (there is client software for Windows and for Android).
System requirements: https://sitekiosk.online/help/en/SystemRequirements.html

After installing the SiteKiosk Online Client & registering it with your team (there is also a client for Windows that automatically registers the client with your team), you can log in to your team at sitekiosk.online and publish the project.
