Support Request: Failed to connect to server

Good morning,
Can you please help me setup Remote Desktop so I can remote into my sitekiosk machines?
I have installed UVNC Client Installer software on the clients, I tried to remote from the Business SiteRemote portal but got error "Failed to connect to server". Please advise.

Any problems related to VNC usually have something to do with some ports not being opened. this includes the PC where sitekiosk is running as well as firewalls on your network.
here is a list of the ports that need to be open
