Support Request: sitekiosk client logs to troubleshoot registering issue with server

Description

We are using the auto-register tool and add the autoregistration.config file to C:/Users/Public/Public Documents/SiteKiosk RemoteClient on the client but it is not registering with our server.
It has worked previously but has stopped working.
Our licensing is active and we do have available licenses.
I have also tried downloading the "Preconfigured Installer" and installing on the client but it still will not register under New Clients with the server.
Existing kiosk clients are still communicating successfully with sitekiosk online server.
Sitekiosk services are starting and running successfully on client. and no errors in system or application event viewer logs.
I can access https://<servername>/#dashboard/ from the client successfully
What /where can i find logs on the client to help determine why it is not registering with the server?

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. You can start with a manual registration attempt after client install. You can do this at the Quick Start>>Registration>>Settings. Choose or enter your server hostname (better to match "serverName" in the autoregistration.config file for best replication) and your portal login credentials. If there are any issues with this process it would be indicated here.

In the frontend portal under Team>>Auto Register Tool, whenever an autoregistration.conifg file or token is generated, it is listed under User Token at the end of the page. You can open the autoregistration.conifg file with Notepad to compare the token value contained within. You can verify the expiration date for that token here.

You can ensure that the SiteKiosk services are under Services.msc are running successfully. The "SiteKiosk RemoteClient" service is responsible for successful client registrations. If there are no issues (or no resolutions) found at any points (manual registration, checking the autoregistration tokens and the services are all running), you can send more details to us at support-america(at)sitekiosk.com for further review.

Thanks Andre. The auto register file was expired (although there was no date listed inside of the file) . We generated a new one and client kiosks are now enrolling successfully with the server. Thanks again for these very helpful steps.
