We are contacting you because I am unable to log in with my Gerdau username to https://sitekiosk.online/.
Have attached the error message.

I also need to know if they have a license that covers 20 kiosks, so that I don't have to buy/pay for individual licenses?

Your email address is not currently listed as a user on the account. Please contact your team’s account administrator to be added as a user and to confirm the licensing details.
