Support Request: Issue with kiosk lock – “Possible sabotage attempt detected”

Description

Hello,

I have installed a kiosk monitored with SiteKiosk Online for one of my clients. When browsing the configured web pages, the kiosk suddenly displays a lock message (see attached screenshot):

Lock – Access to this terminal has been locked until the following issues are resolved: Possible sabotage attempt detected. Please wait.

Could you please help me identify:

What exactly triggers this “possible sabotage attempt detected” message?
Which settings (pop-ups, network loss, browser crash, etc.) I should check to prevent this situation from happening again?

Thank you for your support.
Best regards,

Hello,

Unfortunately, there was no screenshot attached. However, the Anti-Sabotage Mode of SiteKiosk Online is a security function that activates if a displayed webpage shows potentially unsafe script behavior, such as repeatedly calling the same (script) function, or when a blocked window keeps reappearing.

Additional information should be available in the log (>Monitoring>[Client]>Logfiles).
