Support Request: website browsing suddenly closes

Description

This is happening on all computers running the latest version of Site Kiosk. While browsing any of the defined websites (most of which are on Ancestry.com) the session will suddenly close and the view resets back to the Site Kiosk default. There is a log entry PreviousSiteKioskNG instance has not been shut down properly.

Thank you for your inquiry. The issue that you are observing cannot be replicated with this site. You can send the following for further review to support-america(at)sitekiosk.com :

- Configuration - C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Config (*.skcfg files, ignore *.skcfg.local)
- SiteKiosk Log files - C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Logfiles (yyyy-mm-dd.txt files)
- Exact steps to replicate the behavior that you are seeing

I have sent a direct Email with the SKCFG file and two different zipped collections of the Logs folder from two of the computers.
