Support Request: Can't print from Sitekiosk

Description

I am unable to print thru Sitekiosk. Printer works fine in Windows and is set as the default printer but, for some reason it is not printing thru the web browser in Sitekiosk.

Thank you for your inquiry. Your file was not accessible. Normally, to print in SiteKiosk, at least Chrome Browser, you need to turn on "Allow Printing" in Customize (Chrome Browser)>>Settings. You need to turn on "Show Print Button" in Browser Toolbar to print manually a web page. Clicking a print button on webpage will work too.

Last, you need to review the "Printing Behavior" in Configuration>>Print and in most cases, you will not need "Enable printer monitoring" turned on. See: https://www.sitekiosk.com/helpconsole/SiteKiosk%20Help/en-US/default.htm?print.htm#one
