Support Request: Critical: Android 14 Wireless Debugging Pairing Dialogue Not Appearing (iiyama T4329AS-B1AG)

Description

We are attempting to install/authorize the Sitekiosk Online Client for Android on a new iiyama T4329AS-B1AG display running Android 14.

The installation requires Wireless Debugging to be enabled, which should trigger a system dialogue for entering the 6-digit pairing code. This crucial dialogue/popup is not appearing on the display.

As a result, we cannot complete the required security authorization, and the Sitekiosk client remains stuck, continuously requesting the debugging code without the dialogue.

Device and Software Information
Display Model: iiyama T4329AS-B1AG (Integrated Android Display)

Android Version: Android 14

Sitekiosk Product: Sitekiosk Online Client for Android

Sitekiosk Version: latest downloaded from the online.
Network: Both the display and the Admin PC are on the same Wi-Fi network.

Troubleshooting Steps Performed (All Failed)
We have performed extensive troubleshooting, including using manual ADB commands, as the automatic app-driven process is failing. Steps tried: factory reset, reinstalling the APK, manually granting SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW permission, and starting activities via ADB — the app still won’t go past the provisioning screen.

Hello,

This is just a short insight for your critical request until more information is presented. Here are things to note:
- Do not sign into any Google or Samsung accounts (or any other accounts at device setup, choose Skip, Cancel, etc.)
- Allow Notifications when prompted at SiteKiosk Online Provisioning setup prompt
- Your Paring Code entry will be in the Notifications section (most devices, you swipe down)
- Wireless Debugging may only work unless, you choose "Always Allow" at "Pair with pairing code" (device dependent)
- Once you enter your pairing code and it is accepted, then the provisioning is completed, you may not need to do this again.

Hopefully this helps.
Andre.

Hello,
- Do not sign into any Google or Samsung accounts - Never did.
- Allow Notifications when prompted at SiteKiosk Online Provisioning setup prompt - Notifications allowed.
- Your Paring Code entry will be in the Notifications section (most devices, you swipe down) - Problem is, taht tis pairing code entry in not appearing anywhere.
- Wireless Debugging may only work unless, you choose "Always Allow" at "Pair with pairing code" (device dependent) - Is allowed.
- Once you enter your pairing code and it is accepted, then the provisioning is completed, you may not need to do this again. - Just the window with pairin code entry is never visible. Pairing with a PC in the network has no issues, just SiteKiosk is not registering it without the

So the issue is more likely from the Iiyama side with the overlay limiting pop-ups visible. So im more looking for a workaround for installing Sitekiosk Online without the Wifi debugging code entry.
