Hi there, we have an issue with acceding at the SiteKiosk Online (EU).
We cannot login there to see the cloud panel etc.

Hello,

As I was unable to locate any team associated with your email address on SiteKiosk Online (EU) https://sitekiosk.online, I assume that you have either not yet created a login or that your previous license has expired for more than 60 days(Teams without a valid license are automatically deleted after 60 days).

Also please note that your customer login on www.sitekiosk.com for purchasing the license is not for the login at https://sitekiosk.online and the SiteKiosk Online account must be created separately.

In either case, you may easily create a new team by selecting the “Free 30 day trial account” option on https://sitekiosk.online.

- Download client software for Windows and Android from the >Downloads section on the dashboard

Oh Hi Michael,

I think i see the problem the bill is on pending soo thats why we dont have access.
Let me fix that and if i have more problems i tell you.
