Support Request: Waiting Download

Description

I've published a new project but it says it is "waiting for download" even though I've chosen to publish immediately. I've rebooted twice but it's still waiting for download.

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. Please try to update the client to version 1.9.242.0 in Portal >>Control>>Updates. then check to see if the published project was sent to the device. If the issue still persists, you can send an export of the Logs from Portal>>Monitoring>>Device>>Logfiles>>Export. You can send this to support-america(at)sitekiosk.com.

From time to time, App Updates may need to be completed in the backend before receiving your new project: https://us.sitekiosk.online/help/en/Appupdate.html . This is an automatic feature, and you can see pending activities like this in the logs.
