When we click “Sign In” on the PayPal page, we receive the following error message from Paypal:

Hello,

since I assume this is about payment in websites, have you set the option "Access to other Internet addresses" under >Settings>Browser to "Block", and does it work if you temporarily change it to "Allow" for testing?

If it works after that, you may need to allow additional URLs to ensure full functionality.
In general, when a URL is blocked, an entry is created in the SiteKiosk log in the following format:
"[SiteKiosk] According to the URL filter rules, the navigation to https://xyz was canceled."
You can then compare these entries with your whitelist at Settings>Browser>Forbidden Internet addresses / Permitted Internet addresses.

If no access restrictions have been configured and the "Access to other Internet addresses" setting is still set to "Allow", please verify whether changing the browser engine resolves the issue. This option can be adjusted in the Project Editor under >Settings>Browser>Browser engine. Further information can be found here: https://sitekiosk.online/help/en/Browser.html

If needed, you may update to the latest version 1.9 (1.8 is out of support).
The corresponding update function can be found under Control > Updates in your team on https://sitekiosk.online
For detailed instructions, refer to the online documentation: https://sitekiosk.online/help/en/Updates.html

I just saw your second post. So please try accessing PayPal again outside of SiteKiosk, for example, using the Edge browser on the client device.
After a quick search online, I found that such a message from PayPal usually means that the security system has classified your login attempt as potentially risky.
This isn’t necessarily a permanent block, but rather a temporary security measure.
