Support Request: Question about Licensing

Description

We had an annual cloud kiosk plan, and licenses expired after a month. We again added another annual plan, and still can't see any active licenses in our account. We are confused. Please advise

Your licenses have not yet been activated. You will need to login to your SiteKiosk Online account and activate the licenses under >Team >Licensing. I will send you a separate email with more info.

Can you also help me with refunding the recent annual license purchase? Because we already had a license for the annual plan.
