Support Request: Emergency Mode NoService:Code 3

Hi,
this message appears regularly : "Emergency Mode NoService:Code 3"
Is there something to do that i missed ?

Could it be in relation with my wifi connection ?

When i launch my computer (and when SiteKiosk works) it automatically starts the app.
How can i comeback to a configuration that allows me to choice "Test Mode" ?
In this case, i'll could check if wifi is on before starting SiteKiosk
