Support Request: Full screen in browser pop up not correct size

Description

Hi,
I have a project build running on an Android TV box. Everything works fine other than websites that I link to buttons that action a pop-up.
See video, the brower bar at the top fills the screen but the content itself only fills the top left corner.

I've tried this with many websites that work perfectly in Chrome, EDGE, etc. on a windows device.

I get the same results for all 3 TV boxes that I have.

Any ideas.

Hello,

SiteKiosk Online version 1.4 is no longer supported. Under certain circumstances, there was a display issue on Android devices; however, this was resolved in SiteKiosk Online version 1.6. The current version is 1.9.

We recommend updating to version 1.9. To do so, simply download the latest installer from your team at https://sitekiosk.online and install it over your existing version.
Alternatively, setting the zoom level to 150% in your project under Settings > User Interface (and then publishing the modified project) has also been known to resolve this issue.


General note on Android:
Because Google allows device manufacturers a lot of freedom to modify the operating system, flawless operation of the SiteKiosk Online Client on every device on the market cannot be fully guaranteed. These device-specific changes can lead to different behaviour of the software or to installation issues, even when the Android version is the same.
Therefore, we offer a 30-day free trial period to allow for thorough testing in your specific environment.
