Support Request: Kiosk won't download any projects

Description

Trying to deploy a project to one of our kiosk, and it getting this message:
2026-04-14 15:43:05 -0700 40 0000 [Project Player] could not download file https://us.sitekiosk.online/projects/files/685aca8cbc323e1602a629b0.jpg: 404
Background:
Uninstalled sitekiosk classic. Installed sitekiosk online, registered it to our team, moved to correct folder, trying to deploy the project to it.
I have tried deploying other project to it also just for testing, and no projects will show up on it. I have verified it has plenty of diskspace. What should we check next? Thanks!

What is the status (device and project) on this device's Overview page under the Monitoring menu? Are you currently able to publish projects to any other devices? Is the affected project in this case, able to be published to other devices? For this device, open a default project template and attempt to publish that project to the affected device? If that is successful, you can try to republish the original project to the device to check if just republishing resolves the issue. If you are still having an issue, export and send the recent log files for this device to support-us(at)sitekiosk.com. What is the OS and SiteKiosk Online version running on the affected device?

Thank you for those trouble shooting steps. Following through them, I found the issue. there were some invalid images in the project. I found a empty project published fine. So in exploring I stumbled upon the media library for the problematic project, and some of the images or "blank". After deleting those blanked out images, the project published. I was able to fix another project that was having the same issues. Thanks again, you were very helpful in providing those trouble shooting steps. I hope this might help out someone else that comes across this problem.
