Support Request: Remote connection

Description

Dear Sir/Madam,

I can remotely connent and manage the clients only if they are connected to a (free Internet) Network in the company.
With the normal internal company's network, this is not working.
I assume that our network is blocking it, the question is :

What firewall rules or what ports need to be free ? any chance to have the requierment to establish connections to the client devices ?

a basic scheme for SiteKiosk Online Client - Server communication can be found here:

- Ports used on the SiteKiosk Online client:
The SiteKiosk Online client only communicates with the SiteKiosk Online server via TCP port 443 (outgoing) e.g. https://sitekiosk.online = 87.230.108.77
The connection is initiated by the client and the content is loaded from the server when the project is published.
For encryption, https and wss (secure websocket) are used.
