Support Request: Internet not working

when i run the kiosk progam the sitekiosk user cannot access the Internet link to view on the screen.

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. SiteKiosk Classic has a setting in the Configurator Editor (Configure SiteKiosk) under Maintenance>>Connection, where the default is: "Local TCP/IP network". In the same section is the "Use proxy server" setting. You can confirm with your network team if proxy server settings are needed. Alternative, you can test connection settings of the local user by unrestricting the user following these steps to test it as normal standard user: https://www.sitekiosk.com/web/CustomerSupportCenter/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=5826

If the restriction is happening due to domain policy restrictions on the local user, you will either switch the auto logon user to a domain user or consult your domain administrator for exclusions for the local SiteKiosk user.
