Support Request: New online purchase fails

My customer number is 1857689. I tried 3 times to purchase 4 pcs new Sitekiosk classic licenses for 800€. I can approve purchase in credit card bank application, but after that site returns back to shopping cart. And I can see that there is no new invoice in my account page and I didn't get any email about purchase. I there
