Description

We find memory high usage and reboot of the software. What can we check?

Hello,

SiteKiosk Classic Version 9.9.7305 is no longer supported (the current version is 9.10.95 https://www.sitekiosk.com/eu/sitekiosk-classic-windows-version-history/). However, there are no known issues specifically related to this.

The log messages refer to a SiteKiosk Classic Windows protection feature designed to prevent excessive memory usage (not only by SiteKiosk but system-wide).

Please check the "Memory threshold values" under >Maintenance>Monitoring>Settings. There you can see the configured maximum permitted memory usage for SiteKiosk and increase the "Maximum accepted memory usage" if appropriate. If necessary, the you should also review the Windows swap file settings; automatic management by Windows is recommended.

- SiteKiosk Classic will remain available as a standalone software solution. Support is limited to addressing critical bugs, and the SiteKiosk Classic Windows version typically receives approximately one to two updates annually for the Chromium browser engine.
Currently no official end-of-life date has been set.
