Support Request: Mouse Hovering on New Tab

Description

Users will click on a section of the main page that opens a new tab. This new tab includes data that they would like to mouse over. When mousing over a data point, it shows more information. About halfway across the bottom half of the screen, the mouse hover will no longer work. Reloading the page alleviates this, but every time a new tab is opened, the mouse hover goes back to behaving the way described. The area where the mouse hover stops working is always the same. We have 7 boards that are all behaving the exact same way. I have messed with fullscreen/windowed settings to no avail. Drivers have been updated across the board. Most recent troubleshooting where I let the issue play out was on 6/30 around 12:30 to 1:30pm EST

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. Your site was inaccessible for testing. There are no known issues with mouse accessing portions of the screen after new tab opens. You can check for the Windows System>>Display Settings>>Scale to see if this has any impact to your experience. This setting is user dependent and you can use this guide for the SiteKiosk user: https://www.sitekiosk.com/web/CustomerSupportCenter/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=5826

You can explore this topic in the SiteKiosk documentation: Manually Configurable Options - 5. "Restrict SiteKiosk to a Portion of the Screen" -- https://www.sitekiosk.com/helpconsole/SiteKiosk%20Help/en-US/default.htm?manuell_editierbare_optionen.htm . Note to tread with caution when configuring backend settings.

Best regards,
Andre.
