Support Request: Bottom of PDF Cut Off

Description

The bottom inch of PDF documents are cut off when printed. If I print outside of SiteKiosk the text is present. I have uninstalled/reinstalled SiteKiosk, installed the latest version, and uninstalled/reinstalled printer.
Any solutions?

Thank you for your inquiry. You can consider sending the PDF view and printing to a designated application like Adobe for PDF handling: https://devblog.provisio.com/post/2021/02/25/How-to-Force-PDF-Downloads-in-SiteKiosk-Windows-Chrome-Browser.aspx

A browser engine update for this application is in the works. You can check the PDF viewer again at that time but there are no guarantees. Note that SiteKiosk Classic is now considered a legacy product and updates are provided once or twice a year.
