Support Request: URGENT: Update 9.10 requires new licence

Description

Hi,
due to previous Windows update problem we have been requested to update Sitekioks version
9.9 --> 9.10. This has led to a situation, that some of the older kiosks do not start and go to trial mode.
Sitekiosk programs tells us, that there is not enough upgrades in the license. How do we solve the situation?
It cannot be, that old versions do not work anymore. Now we have customer equipment unusable
due to this problem.

A SiteKiosk Classic license includes free updates for one year. If your older SiteKiosk Classic Windows license is no longer valid for the current SiteKiosk Classic version, you will need to purchase a new license.

But although the recommended way to resolve the August Windows Update issue is to update to the latest SiteKiosk version, which is fully supported unlike older versions, you can continue using the older version of SiteKiosk Classic, which is still available for download on our website (https://www.sitekiosk.com/eu/sitekiosk-classic-windows-version-history), with your existing license key. To do this, use our script to resolve the Windows Update issue.

The software products SiteRemote, SiteCaster, and SiteKiosk Classic are classified as legacy products. SiteKiosk Classic for Windows will reach its official End of Life (EOL) on December 31, 2030. Following this date, all technical support and software updates will cease.
Until the retirement date, support is strictly limited to critical bug fixes, with the Windows edition typically receiving one to two Chromium browser engine updates per year. New licenses, which include one year of support, remain available for purchase through December 31, 2029.
