Support Request: Old install SiteKiosk Windows 10 blank screen

Description

Hi I have a major problem, I had Windows 7 but then used the free update to Windows 10, but I did not turn off the SiteKiosk auto-start. Now it boots into the Sitekiosk shell login (autostart). the screen is blank, and no keyboard keys work nor does my Alt+ctrl+F8 also doesnt work

I cant even see witch version of site kiosk i have.

please help.

Hello,

You may first try these key combinations and then choose Logout in the Windows Task Manager:

CTRL left + Shift right + Backspace 
ALT left + Shift right + Del 
CTRL + Alt + Del 


Please note that Windows 10 is only supported since SiteKiosk version 9:

Hi, I found away to reinstall windows 10, so thats what I did. Im going reinstall sitekiosk and buy a brand new key.

Is there an answer for this that does not involve having to reinstall the OS? I currently have the same issue.

Have already tried:

CTRL left + Shift right + Backspace
ALT left + Shift right + Del
CTRL + Alt + Del
